Data removal and corrections
What we store, and where it comes from
Each directory entry holds: a speaker's name, the talk titles they gave, the events and dates, the topics, and — where the event published one — a role line and a link to their public profile. All of it is extracted from public event agendas. We never scrape LinkedIn or any private source, and every entry links to the agenda page it came from, so you can check our source in one click.
Why we may process this without asking first
We rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): the data is already public, was published in a professional context by the event, and the directory adds a source link rather than new claims. You still have every GDPR right — access, correction, erasure, and objection — and we honor objections without requiring a reason.
Request removal or a correction
Fill out the form below with the link to your profile page and what you want changed or removed. No account, no reason required. We confirm within 7 days, and a removal takes your entry out of the directory and out of future rebuilds. This form is currently the only published route to a person: there is no postal address on the site, because the Datenschutzerklärung still carries a placeholder where the operator's details belong.
Corrections we make on our own
If an agenda page we cite changes or disappears, the entry is corrected or dropped at the next dataset rebuild. Where a talk title was not printed by the event itself, the entry says so rather than presenting our label as the event's.
